Richard William Randall

The Very Rev Richard William Randall , DD was an eminent Anglican priest in the second half of the 19th century and the early part of the 20th.
Born into an ecclesiastical family[1] in Bloomsbury on 13 April 1824 and educated at Winchester and Christ Church, Oxford[2], he was ordained in 1847[3]. He was a Curate at St Mary, Binfield, then Rector of St Mary Magdalene West Lavington. After this he was Vicar of All Saints Clifton from 1868 to 1892 when he became Dean of Chichester [4], holding the post for ten years[5]. He died on 23 December 1906[6].
